Full-Service Options:
Our Full-Service Option, which includes assembly and delivery of your custom blind box, is also non-refundable. Please ensure all details are correct when selecting this service.

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to resolving any issues to your satisfaction, including offering replacements or adjustments when applicable.
