MandyMoo offers digital products such as customisable PDF templates for blind boxes, as well as full-service assembly and delivery options for customers located in Sydney.
Digital Products:
Our digital products, including PDF templates, are made available for download upon purchase. All sales of digital products are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted after purchase.
Full-Service Options (Sydney Only):
For customers located in Sydney, we offer a full-service assembly and delivery option for a fee. This includes assembly of the blind boxes, with customisations as requested, and delivery to your address. This service is subject to availability and is non-refundable.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products or services selected. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including issues related to pricing, product availability, or suspected fraud.
Pricing:
Prices for products and services are listed on our website and may be subject to change at any time. All prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise.
Payment:
Payments for products and services are processed securely through third-party payment processors (such as PayPal, Stripe, etc.). By providing your payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.
5. Digital Products and Full-Service Options
Digital Products:
Once purchased, digital products (PDF templates) will be available for immediate download. Please ensure that you enter the correct email address and other details during checkout. Refunds are not offered for digital products due to the nature of the items.
Full-Service Options:
If you purchase the Full-Service Option (for customers in Sydney), please review your order carefully before submitting. Once your order is confirmed, the service is non-refundable. Any requests for customisation must be submitted via the Google Form provided upon purchase.
6. Delivery and Shipping
For customers purchasing digital products, no shipping is required. Digital downloads will be sent to your email immediately after purchase or within 1 business day.
For customers purchasing Full-Service Options in Sydney, we will arrange delivery to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on location and availability. Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the distance from our location (Hornsby, NSW).
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. This includes all digital products and Full-Service Options.
If you experience any issues with your order (such as incorrect files or errors), please contact us at mandymoo.official@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. However, refunds will not be issued.
